We're looking for a high-energy Account Executive to join our Inside Sales team. This is a remote position for candidates located in the Eastern or Central U.S. (Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred). You'll own the sales cycle-from first contact to close-while helping clients succeed online with our best-in-class marketing solutions. You will use technology to perform individual product demonstrations and then drive the negotiation and close of the sale.
What You'll Do
Drive the entire sales process by engaging with prospective customers, utilizing technology to perform individualized product demonstrations and then drive the negotiation and close of the sale
You will prepare and present personalized online sale demonstrations via RingCentral; guiding your prospects through the WordStream | LOCALiQ Best-In-Class digital Marketing solutions including SEM/SEO/SOCIAL/REPUTATION MANAGEMENT and more.
Actively work leads but also have a heavy focus on prospecting and hunting.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue quotas while maintaining daily and weekly activity metrics
Leverage Salesforce.com to track sales activities and prioritize your day
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and work with your management team to provide an accurate sales forecast
Sell to key decision makers within organizations who have paid advertising with Google, Facebook, Bing and More.

The Role: Account Executive (Real Estate Acquisitions)
This is a field sales role for natural leaders who take charge of every situation. You'll be out meeting property sellers at their homes, not behind a desk. Our Acquisition Specialist team sets qualified appointments for you, and your job is to show up, own the room, and close deals.
You'll be the one driving the conversation, controlling the process, and making strategic decisions in real-time. Every appointment is different-some sellers will be ready to move forward, others will push back hard. You need to read the situation quickly, adjust your strategy on the fly, and find the path to "yes" even when others would walk away.
This isn't a role where you follow a script. You'll need to think strategically, lead the conversation with confidence, and bounce back immediately when deals don't go your way. The best closers don't wait for perfect conditions-they create them.

Proven ability to bounce back from rejection and maintain high performance

Establish and maintain new station advertisers through prospecting and great client service.
Primary responsibilities will include maintaining key accounts, cold calling, developing new accounts, writing proposals, coordinating commercial copywriting and production and ongoing billing collection.
Follows up on sales orders and ensures client satisfaction.
Ensures sales orders are submitted and processed according to company policies and procedures.
Requires visits to client offices and premises
May require client outings to sports and other entertainment
Troubleshoot issues as necessary
Provides weekly activity/call reports and other sales reports when required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A desire to help advertisers.
Must be a motivated and an enthusiastic self-starter who is able to work effectively and who enjoys building a list of business from ongoing prospecting and selling in a team environment and also independently.
Strong software and MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel and Word) are desired.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
This hybrid position offers 5K per month salary plus 5k draw for the first 12 months based on broadcast sales with an opportunity to exceed that in commissions based on collections. All digital sales are 100% commission based paid on collections and non-applicable to draw.

Summary
The Digital Audio Account Executive develops and maintains relationships with direct advertisers and advertising agencies to drive revenue through the sale of the company's full suite of digital audio streaming and podcast advertising products. This role is responsible for selling targeted digital audio commercial impressions within a dedicated U.S. territory outside of Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and grow a robust pipeline of new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales with local and regional clients and agencies within the assigned territory.
* Present and sell data-driven digital audio advertising solutions (pre-roll, mid-roll, display, sponsorships) that meet client marketing objectives.
* Craft smart, integrated marketing solutions leveraging the company's audio streaming and podcasting digital solutions
* Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
* Serve as a knowledgeable resource on digital audio consumption trends, programmatic advertising, and the digital audio streaming competitive landscape.
* Develops and maintains relationships with direct advertisers and advertising agencies. Responsible for selling Entravision's Digital Audio products for Digital Streaming sales solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
