Actively work leads but also have a heavy focus on prospecting and hunting. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue quotas while maintaining daily and weekly activity metrics Leverage Salesforce.com to track sales activities and prioritize your day Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and work with your management team to provide an accurate sales forecast Sell to key decision makers within organizations who have paid advertising with Google, Facebook, Bing and More. The chosen candidate will offer extensive digital marketing tactics, radio advertising and premium sports sponsorships nationally, statewide and locally, This position involves setting appointments with prospective advertisers and helping them create marketing plans including turnkey digital and radio campaigns that will attract new customers to their businesses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build relationships and sell the value of the Lotus Network as a marketing solution to help clients meet their key business challenges. Establish and maintain new station advertisers through prospecting and great client service. Primary responsibilities will include maintaining key accounts, cold calling, developing new accounts, writing proposals, coordinating commercial copywriting and production and ongoing billing collection. Follows up on sales orders and ensures client satisfaction. Ensures sales orders are submitted and processed according to company policies and procedures. Requires visits to client offices and premises May require client outings to sports and other entertainment Troubleshoot issues as necessary Provides weekly activity/call reports and other sales reports when required Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A desire to help advertisers. Must be a motivated and an enthusiastic self-starter who is able to work effectively and who enjoys building a list of business from ongoing prospecting and selling in a team environment and also independently. Strong software and MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel and Word) are desired. Exceptional time management and organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Must be detail oriented Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: This hybrid position offers 5K per month salary plus 5k draw for the first 12 months based on broadcast sales with an opportunity to exceed that in commissions based on collections. All digital sales are 100% commission based paid on collections and non-applicable to draw.
