Really enjoyed my colleagues. While in the office, the atmosphere and culture was great.
PTO.
More responsiblilty is dumped onto the workers and there is NO compensation for it. You will absolutley never receive a raise while working here regardless of how great of a worker you are and how much revenue you generate. Comission is capped so no matter how hard you work, you will always make the same amount of money, if not less because they will randomly throw new account at you, making goal higher. The benefits that were given while in the office (ie. gift cards, coffee, team outings) completely disappeared when working remote began.
The talent and dedication of the leadership down to the employees, as a 21 year employee, I have worked with and for a great group of people. They are open to ideas, and employee feedback
working remotely - I enjoyed the office environment. Being on the print side of the business has been a challenge with the decline in circulation
Company offers great benefits - from health insurance to volunteer time off and company matches non-profit contributions of employees
Allows remote work.
Before coronavirus shrunk newspapers, sometimes felt like quantity over quality.
Great insurance
The people here are awesome!
Management didn't seem to think things through or care about how decisions will affect all levels of employees.
Lots of perks - exciting to help out smaller papers
Too big.....decisions made too slow
The cafeteria
flexible hours
periodic reorganizations that shifted responsibilities
working from home
My colleagues are great. It’s collaborative and creative.
Too many accounts and mismanagement
