A balance of field survey days, remote work from home, and office days will vary from week-to-week and seasonally. Field-level tasks typically comprise 1 to 2 days per week and are located within a two-hour drive from Michael Baker's southern California office locations.

Conducting field work to map jurisdictional wetland and stream resources across watersheds and ecoregions within southern California

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or a closely related field of study
15+ years of I&C, Automation, and SCADA system design and implementation experience in water/wastewater market.
California Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Preferred Qualifications:
20+ years of experience
Experience in developing bid and construction documents
PLC/HMI programming, configuration & startup experience
Experience growing teams at all levels

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $200,000-$300,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
