We are inspired by new challenges and push ourselves to create what's next in this dynamic industry. Come join this diverse team and grow with us. In GapTech, we are obsessed with our internal customers'success.
We believe that style and quality should be accessible to everyone and we work hard to make that possible. Truth is, in fashion, it's easy to be exclusive. It takes a lot more creativity, guts and drive to be inclusive. What we believe in today is exactly what we believed in when we started: we're on a mission to democratize fashion and make shopping fun again.

Coporate is allowed to make constant mistakes but the stores are the ones who get punished for it. They have cut stores so back on the hours they can run that no process is fully finished and no one is ever fully trained. The pay is higher then most retail places but they also expect you to have a weird cult like vibe to them.
What Are Your Favorite Benefits/Perks?
When you get to be full time and you’ve been there for five years you get five weeks of PTO.
