POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide input in sales forecast and OTB discussions that review sales and inventory against financial goals, and recommend changes to future order quantities, deliveries, pricing or markdown strategies. Develop expert knowledge of customer base by participating in local store visits. Evaluate product execution and point of view. Get customer and store associate feedback to communicate to management. Participate in competitive analysis of both direct competitors and stores we look to for trend inspiration by shopping their stores. The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $103,300 - $129,100. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

Your Role
As a Loss Prevention Investigator, you will work as a member of our Loss Prevention team to prevent losses from external and internal theft and fraud. You will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Assistant Loss Prevention Manager. The team Makes Life Extraordinary by supporting the store efforts to maximize store sales by protecting our people, products, and profits.
What You'll Do
Maintain the general safety of customers, employees, and the store
Assess and assist in emergency situations
Perform monitoring and surveillance activities to identify indicators for internal or external theft, and fraud
Conduct external and internal investigations, documenting all loss prevention incidents properly
Prepare and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits
Reduce and control loss of inventory through audits and training
Support and participate in store operations programs
