Coporate is allowed to make constant mistakes but the stores are the ones who get punished for it. They have cut stores so back on the hours they can run that no process is fully finished and no one is ever fully trained. The pay is higher then most retail places but they also expect you to have a weird cult like vibe to them.
When you get to be full time and you’ve been there for five years you get five weeks of PTO.

Leadership is awful, no or very late communication about department changes, heavy heavy work load, very little PTO.
Food in cafe is good, free classes

Since it's retail, some of the customers may be abrasive. Not all customers are like that, however

It gets hot especially upstairs but it’s not awful.
