I enjoyed the atmosphere and the retail setting
I didn’t like standing on my feet most of the day.
There was only a few perks and from those definitely the clothing discounts
They had great hours.
Management was not very well organized.
My favorite perk benefit was my health benefits.
I liked the flexibility of the hours
the toxic co-workers
The discount on clothes
The jobs are really easy and everyone is friendly. You also are allowed to have ONE earbud in while working.
It gets hot especially upstairs but it’s not awful.
If we get VTO we get paid for the whole shift.

It’s always something different every day so it can be challenging and keep you on your toes.
Coporate is allowed to make constant mistakes but the stores are the ones who get punished for it. They have cut stores so back on the hours they can run that no process is fully finished and no one is ever fully trained. The pay is higher then most retail places but they also expect you to have a weird cult like vibe to them.
When you get to be full time and you’ve been there for five years you get five weeks of PTO.

Great company that looks out for their people’s best interests.
Work hours changing every week
The pay and the people.
strong advancement
not a great culture, very cut throat
Internet compensation
Building and location is great, nice knowledgeable people to work with. Learning is highly encouraged.
Leadership is awful, no or very late communication about department changes, heavy heavy work load, very little PTO.
Food in cafe is good, free classes
Great hours and pay, scheduling is very lenient and you work when you want to work
Since it's retail, some of the customers may be abrasive. Not all customers are like that, however
The discount the company gives is great
