About the Role

About the Role

About the Role
In this role, you will assist in all aspects of merchandising at Old Navy. You will be an integral part of the team and are someone who is organized to assist in all executional components of driving the business forward. You will work closely with the merchandising org and have influence across other functions including marketing, visual, merchandise planning and production. You will gain understanding of and assist in meeting our product-level P and L targets, drive results and closely monitor the health of categories across the division. About the Role

About the Role
As a Director of Store Design + Innovation, you will be responsible for leading design process and managing both internal and external teams in delivering key initiatives for store design and brand experience with an additional focus on retail innovation. You bring creative solutions through design talent, brand knowledge, retail design knowledge balanced with Gap Inc. business strategies. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Design and Creative Services.
This is a dynamic lead role responsible for developing store design of the future, fostering a creative process, guide decision-making, shaping brand experience, cross-functional relationships and design strategy.
What You'll Do
* A design champion and brand liaison leading store environments ensuring solutions provided are brand appropriate. Oversee store design development for multiple brands.
* Develop store design concepts and solutions that merges brand and enterprise's goals and strategies
* Innovation through R+D of the future-focused conceptual design of the future retail
* Advocate for innovation by challenging norms of the retail industry and strengthening brand through design
* Brand ambassador that manifests strong brand understanding into concept lead ideation
* Foster an environment that encourages innovative ideas, concepts and ideation, empowering the internal and external team to explore and drive creativity
* Collaborate and work directly with Gap Inc. Business partners (Sr. Leadership, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Architecture & Engineering, Tech Services, and Real Estate).
* Support internal business partners intake of brand goals, requirements, criteria as a foundation and ensure that they are thoughtfully incorporated into the overall store design
* Management of team and process, including direct reports of Senior Design Managers, business partners and consultants to ensure the creative intent, design results are achieved
* Oversee the process throughout all phases from concept to construction for various scaled projects ensuring integrity of design intent and brand goals
* Accountable for the design process management, design approvals and adherence of established project budgets and timelines
Who You Are
* Minimum of 10+ years of progressive design experience in architecture, interiors, fixture design, experiential and brand creative that elevate brand excellence. (5 years of retail design experience preferred)
* Bachelors/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field
* Strength in managing a design team in the delivery of complex projects varying in scale, budget, and size. Proven ability to work independently as well as guide teams across a mix of complex projects.
* Engage design process that unlocks high-speed visualization, concept generation, accelerated integration and rapid prototyping to explore innovation initiatives
* Excellent design capabilities with the ability to translate ideas, forms, and functions into innovative retail design concepts
* Excellent knowledge of architectural building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical), their impact on design, detailing and code requirements
* Understanding of materials, fabrication, construction and its relevance in developing forward thinking architecture, interior design, and fixture design
* Strong visual and graphic presentation skills with a strong ability to create and direct spatial ideas into conceptual drawings and lead design decisions through documentation, fabrication and construction.
* Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in design software to support robust design process
(Generative Ai, SketchUp, Rhino, VRay, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suites, Figma and Miro). Ability to diagram, hand sketch, prepare layouts, 3D visualization, massing studies.

About the Role
The Senior Director, Product Management - Product to Market Systems leads the product vision and roadmap for the platforms that power how the company designs, plans, and manages product and inventory across brands. This is a high-impact role within Gap Inc.'s Corporate Services Procurement organization, reporting to Director of Procurement, and will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution of HR Services categories and impacting how Gap Inc. attracts, supports, and retains talent across all brands. These categories include HR Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Management, Recognition, and Equality & Belonging services, representing significant enterprise spend, high stakeholder visibility, and material financial and operational impact.
You will be the architect of category strategies that balance cost efficiency, service quality, innovation, and risk management, while enabling strong employee and business outcomes at enterprise scale. You will establish partnerships with influence senior Gap Inc. stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Risk, and the broader enterprise as well as suppliers. You will collaborate, influence, and be a creative thought partner that consistently delivers value. This role is part of Gap Inc.'s broader NextGen Procurement transformation and supports the future of Procurement at Gap Inc.
While HR Services will be your primary focus, the role offers opportunities for additional ownership of adjacent categories or activities driving NextGen Transformation, and leadership development.
What You'll Do
* Drive Value - Oversee development and execution of procurement strategies for HR Services categories. Responsible for achieving procurement savings (P&L, Capital and Non-P&L) targets for this category. Create and manage a multi-year pipeline of projects that will deliver value year over year. Actively seeking industry best practice and innovative solutions to advance procurement value creation.
* Exhibit Sourcing Rigor - Actively promote a competitive bid culture for HR Services projects by applying advanced levers and driving improved ways of working.
* Manage Categories - Develop actionable, multi-year category strategies grounded in category expertise and build and develop high-performing category management teams.
* Utilize advanced technologies and sourcing levers - Have strong understanding and experience with using procurement technologies (i.e. Spend Analytics, eAuctions, AI-enabled insights) that will allow you to be more efficient in the ways of working. Develop and maintain in-depth spend views, category segmentation, and supplier profiles to enable opportunity mining and effective category management.
* Build strategic relationships - Successfully partner across functions (HR, Finance, Legal, and Risk Management) and partner with senior internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and colleagues to drive results and facilitate complex change management across the enterprise.
* Leverage strong influencing skills - Balance speed and quality of deliverables while proactively considering new alternatives and driving critical thinking to optimize results.
Who You Are
* Passionate about procurement with experience in category management within a global organization. Preference for candidates with demonstrated expertise in HR Services categories, or those with strong Technology or Management Consulting background.

Salary Range: $155,500 - $202,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

Job Description
This technical position will require hands-on software development scripting skills for automation and system engineering/software development experience for deploying and supporting hosted applications. The candidate needs to be detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills that with only general direction can work from specifications to design, develop, or modify application platforms via automation. Leverages technical, people and leadership skills to lead and drive the completion of tasks or projects. This position will be a member of the team that provides the thought-leadership to effectively deploy, automate and hosting applications at Gap for production and development environments. This position requires both deep and broad experience with open source software in an enterprise setting. Software development experience would be a definite plus.
• Responsible for owing the application platform providing technical thought leadership, system engineering oversight, as well as configuration and support activities across all application platforms (i.e. web, application, portal, etc.)

• Hands-on lead engineer position that involves managing a complex and diverse application platform environment via automation, application configuration and deployments, defining/creating application alerts, monitoring and tuning for a large and diverse enterprise application environment

• Review technical requirements to build, configure and support an optimal and integrated private cloud enabled application platforms that meets or exceeds technical, performance and application requirements
• Establish close working relationships with the application developer, Build Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, etc. and understand their business and technical requirements. Support all phases of application development, testing and deployment activities including Agile, Continuous delivery, Continuous Integration/testing, etc. Also provide rotating production on-call support to ensure business SLA's and implement corrective actions

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in the application platform system engineering with strong knowledge of Java applications, Tomcat, Apache, JBoss, JMS queues and other open source software
• Solid experience and proven automation ability in ANT, Ruby, PERL scripts, Shell Scripting, Chef/Puppet, Jython/jacl, Mave, etc. Also automation experiences in a continuous integration or continuous deployment environments a plus
