Call for a interview time Install manager Trent Waldo 469-744-1177 Installers Policy and Procedures Procedures * After Scheduling has been released it is the lead technicians job to reach out to the presenter and discuss scheduling, departure time, as well as delivery of the presenter kit. * After discussing departure time with the presenter the lead technician needs to reach out to the install manager and warehouse director to make sure the trailer will be ready for his departure time. * When picking up the trailer the lead technician should give the trailer a once over to check tires, lights, and products on trailer. * After receiving the trailer and departing for the dinner program leads are responsible for there arrival time to make sure that it is within the criteria you discussed with the presenter, and that you are not late arriving to the dinner program. Leads are responsible to communicate with there respective sales team as far as install times, arrivals, and completions. * After all installs have been completed and all appointments followed thru with, it is mandatory to take inventory of the trailer with a full product count before dropping it back off at the warehouse. Policy * Lead technicians are responsible for all locks and tools on the trailer from pick up time to drop off time any damaged, missing, or otherwise mistreated items will be deducted from leads pay. * Lead kits are specifically checked out to lead technicians, they are not to be left on the trailer unless otherwise instructed. They are the leads sole responsibility for all tools and items within the kit. * Installers are provided with hotel rooms for the work week, one dinner from the restaurant where the presentation is being held per week and a hotel room on the departure and return trip if necessary. * Installers are expected to take plenty of pictures of their work, to show that the job was completed correctly and professionally. If the job was not done correctly it is subject to a claw back of a partial or complete payout for the install.
