This role primarily involves stripping beads from wires in a segregated area off the main factory floor, along with assisting in other manufacturing areas such as the airfoil braze department. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Strip beads from wires in a back-room setting. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Potential for promotion to airfoil braze operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.
