Primary Purpose of Position

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Accountable for the in-field application of policies and procedure relating to applied Radiation Protection (RP) programs. Primary Purpose of Position
The Nuclear Duty Officer (NDO) is the designated representative of nuclear management, responsible for notifying the Chief Nuclear Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice Presidents and other nuclear personnel of clean energy centers (CECs) operational events or occurrences. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a determined Alarm Service Technician who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
The Alarm Service Technician is a hands-on role. You will play an integral role in building and maintaining customer relationships. This role entails visiting customer sites throughout the workday installing, servicing, and inspecting low-voltage electronic security equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience with Alarm panels such as: 2GIG, Qolsys, Ademco, GE, DSC, DMP, and others.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Replace system components as assigned; panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc.
Driving to customer homes to perform service. Occasional lifting, carrying (up to 30 pounds), pushing and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stops, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling.
Diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and systems repair.
Customer education and training including a system demonstration.
Conduct a thorough walkthrough / site evaluation with the customer to review work order to make sure the system meets their needs and expectations.
Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal verification required to establish service.
Identify opportunities to improve the use and functionality of the customers system and provide those recommendations.
Maintain safety practices to prevent against injury and damage to property.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace / job site, ensuring customers satisfaction after the interaction.
Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Good driving record and Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
Must be ok with climbing ladders and working at heights.
Must be ok working in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements.
Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification

As a Landfill Supervisor II at WM, you'll ensure adherence to state and federal regulations at closed landfill sites, traveling, mostly day travel, up to 60% of the time. You'll manage 4-6 contractors across various projects, overseeing execution, reviewing invoices, and interpreting data to maintain compliance and prepare clear, cohesive responses to regulatory requirements. The normal setting for this job will be 60% field (primarily closed landfills) and 40% office base.
Assigned to multiple facilities in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Travel for site inspections, routing and non-routine monitoring, training, or program administration purposes will be determined by task completion requirements and site-specific requirements.
I. Job Summary
This team is part of our Environmental Legacy group that supervises daily closed landfill operations and landfill staff. This role is responsible for the environmental compliance work associated with our closed landfills and remedial sites.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Supervise site staff, contractors and/or consultants performing operations and maintenance work at assigned sites to ensure the quality and timeliness of the work.
Conducts, provides oversite, and ensures smooth operations including performance of routine operation, monitoring and maintenance, and construction activities. Monitors permitting and compliance issues.
Minimizes operational costs while maximizing productivity and maintaining safety and environmental compliance.
Possess or efficiently gain a solid working knowledge of all site-specific system operation and maintenance requirements, including landfill gas management systems and controls, leachate management systems and controls, water treatment systems and controls, landfill cover systems, surface water management systems and controls, and environmental monitoring networks, as well as other ancillary equipment and site maintenance requirements.
Complies with and ensures adherence to WM's Mission to Zero standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
Assists in the budget process, as required, and adhere to those budgets at assigned sites.
Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical property of the landfill through inspections and preventive maintenance programs with supervisors/employees.
Prepare or update and submit required reports in a timely manner.

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:
