Maintains current Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) on record. Seeks out enhancements to the client's security program to fortify a lasting, positive relationship. Comprehends, fulfills, and upholds the contracted KPIs for the account client. Skillfully navigates customers through intricate integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and the onboarding sequence. Takes charge of data analysis and the preparation of internal reports for client management. Provides precise and prompt pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor. Prepares and delivers comprehensive client-focused presentations, including KPI/Truth Report Presentations, Action Plans, and Customer presentations. Other duties as directed by leadership.
