    The Operations Lead provide first line leadership of a team of secured transportation employees within their assigned area of responsibility as well as Driver/Messenger Responsibilities. Key RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the handling and secured transportation of currency and customer interactions Guides and ensures compliance with company policies/procedures Provides training to other Driver/Messengers related to ATM services and assists with ATM discussions Assists with new employee onboarding and training Conducts field inspections of other Driver/Messengers Coordinating and scheduling of Armored and ATM routes to meet all customer requirements and assists with routes and re-routes when necessary Partner with claims specialist to improve training and execution in the field Assigns vehicles to designated routes and maintains contact with vehicle services department. Proactively reduces risk exposure and ensures implementation of measures to reduce work's compensation injury costs and security losses within the market. Maintains a high level of appearance and professional attitude when dealing with subordinates and customers. Travels for temporary duties at other locations if necessary. SKILLS: Proven track record of engaging workgroups to accomplish assigned tasks through clear oral and written instructions. Must be able to clearly communicate effectively, both orally and in written documents, with customers, colleagues, and supervisors Knowledge of the Driver's Guide to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations Pocketbook. Ability to train and provide general feedback on performance Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree Have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Job Requirements Responsible for the supervision of all employees at the branch to include supervisors, driver/messengers and vault employees. Responsible for recruitment and training of new employees. Reward, coach, and counsel employees. Follows departmental guidelines for immediate credit processing for various banks' customer deposits. Cleans and maintains all teller equipment and makes certain that the teller processing area is clean and clutter free. Verifies all incoming deposits to ensure all cash customers immediate credit is credited to appropriate account.
