Your Responsibilities: * Provide data research and compilation by working with Branch and Corporate staff to ensure data collection is complete and timely. * Develop actionable reports, interactive dashboards, ad hoc requests, that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems. * Monitor scheduled reports and jobs to ensure timely completion per predetermined schedules. * Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend, and develop analytical reports that reveal underlying trends and insights not readily apparent to end users. * Creates detailed documentation required for analytics and reporting. * Serves as an embedded BI partner who works directly with departments, business owners, and field leaders to understand their processes, identify opportunities, and design solutions that are practical, accurate, and scalable. * Able to lead or facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders or team members, ensuring discussions stay on track and outcomes are clear. * Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Your Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. * SAP Business Objects experience is a plus * Experience researching problems, digging deep, and finding solutions * Prior experience with compliance, internal audits, and/or documentation is a plus. * Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. * Able to pass an extensive screening process * Add additional qualifications as needed/required.
