EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, Healthcare, or related field. Four (4) years of relevant community health worker, community outreach, or health education experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Must be familiar with Horry County and have "lived" experience in the area.
