Coordinate arrivals and departures into and out of housing. Address all complains with residents (international participants) Communicate rules and regulations to all residents. Conduct monthly apartment inspections and provide finding reports and concerns to the Director of Human Resources. Process maintenance requests and make sure they are completed in a timely manner. Maintain organized work and inventory of items provided to international staff. Obtains the best value at the lowest price consistent with established quality standards and delivery schedules. Handles communication concerning roommate arrivals and transfers, etc. Solve problems with residents and apartment complexes.
