Little money, no respect, over worked.

Garden Homes benefits

Its a job. There are no benefits to this job. If you do your job well you get to do others jobs and when someone screws up you get to fix their screw up even though you are paid the same amount. There is no incentive to the workers with the most experience except you have a job.
