Qualifications Education and Certification: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Michigan or Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited organization (e.g., AAMA, AMT, or NCCT). BLS/CPR Certification required. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an LPN or CMA in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rural or outpatient clinic environment. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and common clinical procedures. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues professionally and compassionately. Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
