Pros of working at Gardner-Webb University

Small environment where you can form very good relationships with students. It feels like a community where departments can collaborate.

Cons of working at Gardner-Webb University

The President of the university could not be worse. Everyone hates him, he is aggressive and emotionally manipulative and abuse. Gardner-Webb continues to cut budgets for programs and refuses to hire replacements for people who do quit or retire, and as a result the burnout rate for staff who actually care about the students could not be higher.
