What You'll Do
Perform cosmetic merchandiser duties including, but not limited to: planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands
Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with planograms
Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet
Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion
Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours

What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent
Responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.
Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG's overall insurance book of business.
Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.

Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and associated equipment.
* Inspect existing aerial lines for damages or required upgrades.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
* Collaborate with team members and participate in project planning and execution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for residential and commercial clients.
* Operate aerial lifts and other equipment safely and effectively.
* Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
* Proven experience as an Aerial Lineman or similar role in telecommunications.
* Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in aerial work.
* Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Adequate physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. CDL a Plus
Physical Requirements / Aptitude:
* Able to move in different positions - crouching, kneeling, reaching, bending and lifting 75 lbs., unassisted.
* Works well with small hand and power tools.

* Available to work nights and be on-call; willing to work overtime when required; willing to travel and to work in all-weather conditions.

Interlochen Arts Academy seeks a full-time English as a Language Instructor who is also qualified to teach in an additional academic discipline to teach students in grades 9-12. The instructor will teach a full-time load - 5 sections of class or the equivalent, a mix of English Language classes and another academic discipline - and will be asked to serve as an advisor to a small group of students. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Mandarin. As a faculty member at Interlochen, obligations reach beyond the classrooms and studios to assist with the growth of the institution and full operations that are part of boarding school life. While not directly involved in student supervision in the residence halls (dorms), each faculty and education staff member is expected to serve as an advisor to a small group of students and to contribute to the community through assistance with campus events, advisory groups, and other activities. This is a full-time, permanent teaching position starting in late August 2026.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Teach 5 sections of classes, a mix of English Language classes as well as classes in an additional academic discipline
Serve as advisor to a small group of students who meet weekly for 30 minutes
Hold daily office hours (which are built into the daily schedule)
Maintain a course page online through Canvas, take attendance daily in each class, keep electronic gradebook up to date, and prepare timely and thorough grade reports
Help evaluate the English language proficiency of incoming students and make recommendations for student placement in courses that are appropriate for them
Teach Integrated Language Skills courses as well as ELL sections of content-specific areas
Teach in an additional academic discipline
Attend department, division, and full faculty meetings
Participate in all-school events at the beginning and end of the school year, as well as periodically throughout each semester
Support activities that are part of boarding school life
Seek the best use of materials, equipment and staff to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Comply with ICA policies/procedures and acts as a good steward of ICA finances
Respect the culture, diversity and rights of all students, their families and the community
Prioritize duties in a manner consistent with organizational objectives and growth
Perform other duties as assigned
