Key Responsibilities: Front Gate Security: Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring that only authorized personnel, vehicles, and deliveries enter the premises. Delivery Coordination: Receive, inspect, and document incoming deliveries, directing them to appropriate areas or notifying the designated recipient. Daily Sign-In/Out and Scan In/Out Compliance: Ensure all laborers from each trade is scanning in to enter and exit the project along with completing the required daily sign-in sheet accurately. Follow up on missing or incomplete entries. Site Surveillance: Maintain awareness of on-site activities and report any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access to site leadership. Safety & Policy Reinforcement: Remind workers and visitors of site rules and regulations when necessary and escalate repeated non-compliance to supervisors. Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with the site superintendent and project team regarding any incidents, safety issues, or irregularities. Documentation: Assist in maintaining records related to site security, delivery logs, and labor sign-ins for compliance and auditing purposes. Qualifications: Prior experience in security, construction, or a related field preferred. Strong observational and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain alert and professional during long periods of minimal activity. Basic knowledge of construction site protocols and safety standards is a plus. Reliable transportation and punctuality required. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. High school diploma or equivalent required.
