**Position Description: Quality Assurance Tester (Auditor** )
**Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour**
This position is responsible for ensuring consistent quality by utilizing and implementing quality system processes by inspecting, testing and sampling of raw materials, work in process and finished goods.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Perform process inspections and show records for each process running and quality of products produced. 80% of your time will be on the production floor performing quality audits and evaluating the quality of each item produced to meet the customer's (internal and external) required specifications.
+ Communicate any special instructions or information on quality issues to the incoming Quality Auditors and/or Dept. Managers/Supervisors.
+ Work independently to manage and measure results and present project summaries.
+ Establish sorting limits/guidelines, in addition to monitoring sorting processes and the proper handling of nonconforming products.
+ Give disposition whether to scrap, sort, or accept materials in question of quality conformance.
+ Pull samples from production orders requiring customer samples or for internal use.
+ Responsible for assisting with the calibration of all testing equipment.
+ Perform, evaluate, organize various specified testing of products and maintain the quality records as defined by the department procedures.
+ Maintain quality records by filing or data entry into the computer.
+ Assist with safe practice/housekeeping certifications (ISO/AIB/GMP/HACCP) and training processes within the organization. Be a good role model and help enforce the rules of conduct, safety and housekeeping.
+ Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining the quality plan and procedures to facilitate accomplishments of company business plan objective and goals.

**Material Handler - Sit Down Forklift (2nd Shift)**
$2/hour shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
**A.** **Position Summary**
+ Perform all the material handling responsibilities on the manufacturing floor, between all departments in a safe manner.
**B.** **Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Work with department teams to follow their schedules in order to meet all material handling responsibilities.
+ Stage loads of product.
+ Pallet management to include pallet removal and placement for palletizing.
+ Stretch-wrap loads to prepare for shipment.
+ Corrugate at packing end of gluers.
+ Palletize and wrap the roll cores for transportation.
+ Load roll cores on scrap trailer.
+ Dispose of printed waste once the teams have documented the waste.
+ Help teams keep area neat and clean: sweep, re-pile pallets, fix broken pallets, etc.
+ Complete daily forklift maintenance and communicate problems to warehouse crew.

To safely operate and maintain a Marquip sheeter in order to cut quality sheets efficiently.
**B. Principle Duties and Responsibilities**
Safely perform the following operations and demonstrate, by meeting production standards, your capability to perform the operations during continuous production.
+ Safely and effectively operate Marquip sheeter at targeted speeds and production output requirements.
+ Operate machine controls and operation; including conveyor system at delivery, job changeovers, resetting of cutting knife, make ready and run of production jobs, daily and basic maintenance of equipment, knife changes and oversight of/assist with work performed by Roll Tender.
+ Learn all quality requirements of sheeted loads and inspect all loads for these requirements.
+ Machine setup and troubleshooting to determine and eliminate barriers that impact production.
+ Perform machine preventative maintenance.

+ Learn fundamentals of sheeter operation

About The Opportunity
Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. * Position Summary
The Lead position will be responsible for directing and delegating the daily activity of the department. This position is responsible for installation, maintenance, and improvement of process equipment using machine repair, troubleshooting and metal fabrication skills. * Leading and directing maintenance department activity.

* Using technical drawings and schematics, troubleshoot and repair complex process and facilities equipments (e.g., filter machines, packaging machines, scales, conveyors, compressors, generators, etc.).
* Use machine tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices to fabricate machine parts.

+ Knowledge and experience with operating Bobst Die Cutters 145 and 162.
+ Responsible for press make ready: adjust press to accommodate for new product sheets being cut (set feeder, lock up die, set stripper, blanker, and delivery).

This is a production position on a folder gluer machine. The Feeder Packer performs multiple duties such as feeding the machine with printed blanks/flat cartons to be formed and glued, constructs boxes, removes newly made cartons, stacks boxes of cartons, etc. Works as a team under the direction of the machine operator, Finishing Lead/Area Manager.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Offset Printing Press Operator role is responsible for safely operating and maintaining an Offset Printing Press to efficiently and effectively manufacture folding cartons.
**JOB FUNCTIONS:** Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Machine setup, adjustments and make readies
+ Troubleshooting of machine and quality issues
+ Assist with maintenance, machine setups, etc.
+ Completion of required product and process audits
+ Exchange of information with shifts prior to/following work shift

Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and perform fit, form and function as required.
Perform required customer added processes, such as adding labels or IDs on finished part.

Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.

Feeder Packer - $17.51 per hour (entry level)
Shift Differential (2nd & 3rd shift): $2.00 per hour
This is a production position on a folder gluer machine. The Feeder Packer performs multiple duties such as feeding the machine with printed blanks/flat cartons to be formed and glued, constructs boxes, removes newly made cartons, stacks boxes of cartons, etc. Works as a team under the direction of the machine operator, Finishing Lead/Area Manager.
The position is physically demanding and requires the employee to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times in an 8 - 12 hour shift.
The Finising department works: Monday through Friday and Saturday when needed. We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift in the department.
Requires steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and hair/beard net.
Safe Quality Food Responsibilities for all employees:
* Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures, related to production of Safe Quality Foods.
* Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures.
* Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required.
* Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
