He has experience managing large, diverse information technology projects which include application development, re-engineering, workflow analysis and design, data standards, systems design and implementation of transportation solutions, financial solutions, and health and human service solutions. Prior to joining Garnet River, Mr. Gasparini worked for BearingPoint as the Managing Director of the company’s New York State public sector practice, managing all aspects of sales and operations. His focus was driving sales growth, developing and delivering innovative cost effective solutions, and building lasting customer and partner relationships.

Edward brings more than 35 years of experience in global threat and security management, enterprise risk intelligence, information technology, business process improvement and policy expertise across both private and public sectors. Including over 25 years of leading innovative, effective technology companies.
