Pros of working at Gartner

Gartner does a great job hiring like minded, intelligent individuals.

Cons of working at Gartner

1) You are not set up for success from Academy onwards. 2) Every manager has their own way of setting guideline which leads to inconsistency across the floor. 3) Was sold on the ability to work from home which does not exist. 4) Basically a cold calling center with no actual strategy except email/call people to death until they threaten you. 5) Data is NEVER correct. The entire department has 1 person handling all the data. It's insane. 6) Management doesn't care about anything other than making money. .The list goes on.

Pros of working at Gartner

Camaraderie, intelligent responsible talented associates working collaboratively across the world . Love the on-site affordably priced cafe operated by professional hospitality group Flik.

Cons of working at Gartner

A bit of a drive from my home (gas prices, maintenance); no fresh air (windows do not open, no overhead fans to move conditioned air)

Gartner benefits

On-site cafe, affordable and decent menu items not typically available elsewhere in the area
