Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in an associated Engineering discipline • Experience with Manufacturing/Assembly/Production Processes • Ability to obtain or currently possess a Secret Clearance • Ability to interpret drawings, Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) models, product/performance specifications and other systems‑integration technical data • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally at least 30 % of the time • Ability to use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including team building, collaboration and developing enduring business relationships • Demonstrated effective communication skills including verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations Desired Skills: • Experience manufacturing circuit‑card assemblies to J‑STD‑001 standards. • Experience in design for manufacturing/assembly or design to cost. • Experience working with Government customers. • Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). • Experience with Printed Wiring Board (PWB) layout to JADEC requirements. • Lean/Six Sigma Yellow or Green certification. • Knowledge of SAP and/or MRP production‑control system. • Proven ability to improve cost, schedule, quality and/or safety. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
