Your role and responsibilities
This role is for a mixed-signal ASIC designer that will contribute to the development of advanced high-performance circuits in advanced nodes for exploratory applications. We focus on circuit designs that enable the creation of differentiated solutions for a range of communication and computation challenges. Key areas of interest include analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital integrated circuit design applied to data communications applications. Experience with mixed-signal analog-on-top (AoT) or digital-on-top (DoT) integration design flows that leverage EDA-driven digital circuit design together with custom analog circuit design is a plus. Prior experience with interacting with semiconductor foundries to coordinate design releases is valuable. Experience in exploratory technologies such as non-conventional CMOS, heterogeneous integration, superconducting circuitry, or other exploratory application spaces that require critical thinking about hardware design requirements, novel packaging techniques, and end-to-end system specifications is highly desirable (but not required).
