Pros of working at Gartner

Gartner does a great job hiring like minded, intelligent individuals.

Cons of working at Gartner

1) You are not set up for success from Academy onwards. 2) Every manager has their own way of setting guideline which leads to inconsistency across the floor. 3) Was sold on the ability to work from home which does not exist. 4) Basically a cold calling center with no actual strategy except email/call people to death until they threaten you. 5) Data is NEVER correct. The entire department has 1 person handling all the data. It's insane. 6) Management doesn't care about anything other than making money. .The list goes on.

Gartner Benefits

The gym
