United Medical Systems, a national leader in mobile medical services, is currently seeking medical imaging professionals with MRI, Ultrasound, or Radiologic Technology/Interventional experience for a Full-Time position. Our highly specialized Fusion Biopsy Technologists travel to various hospitals in their assigned region each month to provide the MR Fusion device and support the Urologists in its operation for MR Fusion Prostate Biopsy procedures in the OR.
MR Fusion Biopsy is a revolutionary new procedure which is changing the landscape for detecting Prostate cancer earlier and more accurately. Our MR Fusion Specialists work independently and oversee the logistical and clinical needs for their route in preparation for the procedures.
Responsibilities include of MR / Radiology / Ultrasound / Fusion Specialist:
Communicating with Urology offices to confirm upcoming schedule
Obtaining MRI Mappings from the Radiology teams (can be accomplished remotely through the Cloud)
Traveling to facilities to deliver the equipment prior to day of procedures
Providing technical and clinical support to the Urologists during the procedures.
This position does not involve performing MRI scans but does involve assisting the Urologist in fusing the MRI Mapping to the live Ultrasound capture and in navigating in a 3D environment with the Fusion device.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a new movement in Prostate cancer detection, and to help in the ongoing development of this new program at UMS. Our company's mission is to deliver this potentially life-saving technology to suburban and community hospitals nationwide.
Extensive training will be provided for operating the fusion device and ultrasound. If you enjoy new technology, furthering your specialization as an imaging professional, and working independently, this could be an ideal fit for you. Some overnight travel may be required for certain facilities.

**Job Summary**
As a Payload Specialist you will collaborate with solution architects and systems designers to perform live-fire evaluation of energetic solutions to enable effectiveness testing analysis (i.e. penetration, fragmentation, incendiary, etc). The energetics testing will help provide rapid assessment of materials, components, or payloads and inform strategic decision-making processes to help maximize mission effects while meeting safety, interoperability, customization, and affordability requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Translate operational requirements into payload and component specifications for energetic materials and solutions.
+ Develop and implement Test Safety Plans (TSPs) and hazard analyses to ensure safe execution of live-fire and laboratory tests.
+ Plan and execute tailored test series including modeling, simulation, benchtop trials, and instrumented arena/chamber tests for payload effectiveness.
+ Operate and utilize advanced diagnostics such as high-speed video, flash X-ray, photon Doppler velocimetry (PDV), and pressure/Time of Arrival (TOA) probes during testing.
+ Support formulation tailoring, pressing, casting, and component/housing interface customization to optimize lethality, impulse, and fragmentation signatures.
+ Participate in small-scale sensitivity and shock-to-detonation transition experiments to assess and improve payload safety and performance.
+ Support integration of computational modeling and scale-up processes to close the loop between chemistry, processing, and measured performance.
+ Document and report test results, post-test analysis, and recommendations for operational tailoring and further development.
**Key Qualifications**
+ Associate's degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and work as a part of team.
+ Exhibits technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to complete complex assignments.
+ Ability to generate and follow procedures of significant complexity.

Desert Valley Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance RCM Specialist to oversee insurance payment posting, claims management, patient billing, and revenue cycle compliance across multiple dental office locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely reimbursements, accurate billing, and optimized financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance & Payment Processing:
Accurately post insurance payments for all office locations, ensuring correct write-offs, adjustments, and account allocations.
Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for accuracy and compliance with practice policies.
Monitor insurance payment trends and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Claims Management:
Ensure all offices submit insurance claims through DentalXChange on a weekly basis.
Collect and review weekly claim submission reports from each office every Friday.
Perform monthly follow-ups on all outstanding insurance claims over 30 days to reduce aging and improve collections.
Verify claims are submitted with required documentation (X-rays, perio charting, narratives, etc.) and meet payer guidelines.
Manage insurance denials, rejections, and appeals promptly to maximize reimbursement.
Patient Billing & Collections:
Ensure monthly patient collection processes are completed by all offices, including statement generation, follow-up calls, and payment plan monitoring.
Oversee patient billing accuracy and assist teams with patient account inquiries and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of dental insurance billing and collections experience (multi-location experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, EOBs, claims submission, and appeals.
Experience with DentalXChange and dental practice management software.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to train and support office teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
Revenue cycle management experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
Familiarity with audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Remote work experience a plus.
