Pros

Not pumping gas, being able to take breaks whenever I choose, doing the training with all the employees, talk to everyone, getting away with everything, getting paid 45 an hour on sundays

Cons

Having to pump gas, being asked to step in, losing most valuable employees, being yelled at by employees infront of the whole station, being blamed for everything, everyone talking crap behind my back
