In our current project, we're focusing on the marine and offroad sectors to better understand the energy demands of different vessel and equipment types. To support this effort, we're looking for a SULI intern to assist with a detailed analysis of the U.S. non-road transportation sector -which powers critical parts of the economy such as construction, agriculture, mining, oil transport, commercial services, and even lawn and garden operations. The student will work directly with Jonathan Marcks (postdoc) on the Chicago Quantum Computing Testbed project housed within the Quantum Foundry.
