Duties you will be responsible for:
Handle all administrative tasks and duties for the physician/provider
Serve as the liaison or coordinator for the patients medical care
Streamline all patient-physician communications to ensure patient satisfaction

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) preferred
2+ years experience as medical assistant required

Provides Liaison between the providers of health care services, the patient, or other responsible persons, and revenue sources, to ensure the correctness of charges, a current record of all transactions, and account resolution
Maintains active communications with insurance carriers and third-party carriers until account is paid.

Updates patient account information

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience in insurance collections.
Knowledge of medical terminology utilized in medical collections and billing (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
Knowledge with letters of appeal.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Office products is required.

Duties you will be responsible for:
Greet and room patients, ensuring appropriate patient flow
Update patient's medical chart with accurate and timely documentation
Manage phone triage and take appropriate action under the direction of the provider
Demonstrate ability and appropriate technical skills when administering treatments and procedures in accordance with physician's orders
Provide patient education as well as personal patient care to provide comfort and well-being to acknowledge physiological and psychological needs
Under direction from providers, process refills for prescriptions following clinic protocol
Demonstrates positive interpersonal relationships in dealing with fellow clinic employees, managers and providers
Take direction and initiate actions that will allow cross-functional duties to ensure seamless patient care
Follow safety procedures in compliance with OSHA and state health department guidelines
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1 years' experience Medical Terminology Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

About the Opportunity:
Gastro Health is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our outpatient endoscopy center in Boynton Beach, Florida. Our CRNA-only model is an exceptional opportunity to play an active part in delivering high-quality GI care and grow your expertise with a collaborative endoscopy team, predictable weekday hours, and the stability of a nationally recognized organization backed by strong local leadership.
As a CRNA with Gastro Health, you will:
Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs
Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
Enjoy a CRNA-only model while being part of a cohesive, respectful, supportive team
Experience a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and a reasonable daily case volume

Candidate Requirements:
Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology
