ABOUT THE JOB * In Siloam Springs, we specialize in the production of our Micro-V, Synchronous, and Bandless V-Belts, created in all sizes and dimensions. * Our process starts with raw materials - molded, heated, and cut to size to meet specific orders. When finished, our belts are marked with the Gates logo and shipped to customers around the world. * A Production Operator I will use resources provided, such as raw material, manufacturing equipment, tools, etc., to operate banner tables, profile/grind, flat grind, brand, measure, inspect, package, and move materials with PIV. Contribute to inventory valuations and gain understanding of the product billing cycle's impact on inventory transactions. Assist with documenting accounting processes, data cleanup in Great Plains, and suggest process improvements. Learn payable transaction processes to provide backup support. Help process cash transactions (RDS deposits, wires, ACH) and collection metrics. Requirements What you need to be successful: 1-2 years experience in accounts receivable, billing, finance, or a related field (beneficial but not required). Exceptional attention to detail; able to spot inconsistencies and errors with ease. Analytical, inquisitive approach-actively seeks to understand and improve processes.
