Bruce Swail serves as CEO of GatesAir, a global leader in next generation over-the-air broadcast solutions for radio and television. Mr. Swail leverages over 35 years of telecom and electronics experience to drive GatesAir's innovation and excellence in wireless over-the-air solutions.

Most recently, Mr. Swail was the CEO of Ulticom Inc., a private equity held provider of telecom signaling solutions and US Robotics, the well-known data communications vendor. Earlier in his career, Mr. Swail was an Executive at Flextronics and spent 20 years with Motorola, where he led global manufacturing and technology businesses ranging in size from $30M to $1.5B.

Mr. Swail holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. (Honors, Finance Management emphasis), both from the University of Manitoba.

John Belza serves as Chief Financial Officer for GatesAir, responsible for the leadership of the company's finance and administration activities. He is based at the company’s headquarters in Mason, Ohio, outside of Cincinnati.

Belza has over 30 years of experience as a strategic financial professional and executive leader across multiple industries. Prior to joining GatesAir, he held CFO assignments at medical equipment distributor Lombart Instrument, and international manufacturers Cambridge International, Inc. and Carat Security Group. Earlier in his career Belza held senior finance roles at General Electric in the appliances and aircraft engine businesses, and also spent 7 years in Big Four public accounting.

Belza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Louisville, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Global Management Accountant, and Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.
