    Essential Job Responsibilities: Work closely with Regional Clinical Director(s) and BCBAs on daily logistics Assume a flexible caseload across multiple clinic locations to maintain continuity of care for clients Creating appropriate programming for the client based upon the results from initial and ongoing evaluations, needs of the client, as well as provide support utilizing best ethical practices Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision based upon the guidelines set forth by the specific insurance company or community mental health organization in addition to the specifications listed within Gateway policies and procedures Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment Meet with treatment staff, as needed, to help assist in case management and staff continuing training and development Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols based upon Gateway policies and procedures, and in accordance with Gateway organizational philosophy/mission Determine appropriate and effective techniques to be used in implementation of goals of any treatment plans Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, and based upon these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs, which align with Gateway policies/procedures and organizational philosophy/mission Oversee and maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports for internal and external processes Encourage and engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for all relevant treatment techniques Prepare and attend client educational meetings such as IEP's and develop treatment recommendations therein Maintains credentialing and licensing as required through procedures set forth by the state of Michigan and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Attends all required trainings, conferences, colloquium to remain in compliance with guidelines set forth within the policies and procedures of Gateway Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and with Gateway policies and procedures manual Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel and administration, outside service providers, and any and all other persons whom they may come into contact with Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all of their client and staff interactions Knowledge/Skills/Abilities for employment include: Utilizing telehealth supervision, along with effective communication with on site staff to obtain and review data on a weekly basis. Making treatment decisions in the moment, updating programming, behavior intervention plans, and data collection systems. Strong understanding of HIPAA, BACB ethics, and ABA industry standards to ensure that all treatment and documentation meet compliance guidelines. Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, procedures, and techniques. Proficient in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans. Ability to provide constructive supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians Skilled in monitoring and enhancing treatment fidelity through direct observation and feedback Proven experience in training and supervising new staff, explaining complex clinical concepts, and guiding staff on data collection and behavior interventions. Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to adjust training methods based on individual learning styles. Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to different clinic environments, supporting teams with diverse client needs and staffing requirements. Ability to remain calm and effective during crises, managing behaviors safely and guiding staff in high-stress situations. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and clinic staff. Ability to foster positive relationships and build rapport quickly, especially in new settings and with new teams. High level of organization to manage multiple caseloads across various locations, ensuring that all treatment documentation is completed accurately and on time. Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed adjustments to treatment plans to optimize client progress. Resourceful and able to troubleshoot challenges that arise across different clinic locations.
