Responsibilities: Must be Bilingual and able to communicate in English and Spanish. Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to support business needs. Take incoming telephone calls from our Chuck E. Cheese guests; discuss location information, options for birthday parties, and organizational parties; assist guests in scheduling fundraising events. Responds appropriately to our Chuck E. Cheese guest objections and questions. Delivers accurate description of service regarding birthday parties and fundraising campaigns. Records each call by accurately documenting status and comments in the appropriate database or platform. Increase birthday party sales by delivering excellent customer service and upselling our party package options. Minimize guests' hold times by following all processes. Performs other duties and aid co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or other members of our Corporate Management Team. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-high school education is a plus. In lieu of an H.S. Diploma and 1-year experience, a candidate may currently have been enrolled in a High School Vocational Program or attending College. Bilingual - English/Spanish required. 1 year of call center/customer service experience highly preferred. 1 year of sales experience preferred. Job Requirements: Clear verbal communication, written communication, and reading comprehension in English and Spanish required. Basic computer skills (i.e. typing -35 wpm, data entry, Internet savvy, MS Windows, and Outlook). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a sales mentality. Ability to accurately interpret information, demonstrate problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a friendly and customer service orientated persona. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
