Deliver and retrieve equipment before, during, and after events as directed by the Banquet Captain. Break down ceremony sites accommodating up to 200 guests. Set up and break down event spaces according to weekly event requirements. Work alongside the housemen crew during setup days to prepare event spaces. Maintain and organize storage rooms to ensure easy access and efficient workflow. Cross-train and serve as a banquet server to support event service when needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and banquet captains to ensure smooth operations. Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and extended periods of standing or walking.
