Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Demonstrates the ability to adjust technique so that patient receives the lowest possible dose of ionizing radiation and that image quality is maintained.
- Reports problems regarding malfunctioning equipment to supervisor or service provider, so that problem can be corrected in a timely manner.
- Cleans, disinfects and maintains equipment in accordance with infection control policy and department cleaning schedule. Patient Care
- Verifies proper clinician order for procedure.
- Obtains complete clinical history, gathers examination data and assesses for contraindicating conditions.
- Follows established procedures for the administration of contrast medias so that no patient condition deteriorates, and no patient suffers undue pain, due to error or poor technique.
- Ensures that all studies have proper patient identification and right and left marker are utilized appropriately.
- Reviews ultrasound images for clinically acceptable results and releases patients.
- Responds to emergency situations and provides for the restocking of the crash cart and maintenance of life support equipment.
- Assists other technologists in all modalities when needed.
- Observes patient condition and properly evaluates situations when physician intervention is necessary so that no patient condition deteriorates.
- Verifies correct identity of patient using 2 unique identifiers prior to performing a procedure per hospital policy and procedure.
- Ensures patient's privacy and comfort is accommodated. Maintains patient's dignity throughout the exam/procedure.
- Demonstrates competence in the determination and application of appropriate procedures, equipment, supplies and techniques based on the age of patients.
- Organizes schedule, time and priorities so that required activities are accomplished within designated time frames.

- Ensures that patient's questions, concerns or contraindications are satisfactorily addressed, notifying physician when this cannot be accomplished, prior to the initiation of the procedure.
- Participates in the orientation and training of departmental employees.
- Provides patients with preparatory instruction and explanation of procedures.
- Required documentation is concise, legible and includes precise terminology.
- Reads email each day scheduled to work and follows through with assignment.
- Completes mandatory departmental and Hospital-wide education without prompting. Quality Control
- Consistently produces acceptable images, as evidenced by radiologist feedback and quality audits, with a first time acceptance rate.
- Ensures that equipment is fully operational prior to each use, by checking for proper calibration and operating deficiencies.
- Sends all studies to PACS immediately after completion, prints CD's as needed.
- Studies that have been reported after hours by teleradiography are printed and scanned into PACS, if applicable.
- Completes all studies in RIS before completing in PACS.
- Prints completed log sheet from teleradiography and submits to Radiologist, if applicable
- Performs and maintains quality control logs for probe disinfection and follows infection control policies Operations
- Restocks linens and supplies, and maintains the department in clean and orderly condition.
- Transports patients, positions patients, and helps them on and off procedure table.
- Performs patient charging activities on the day the service is rendered.
- Applies shielding, supportive and immobilization devices and equipment.
- Willingly lends knowledge and assistance to others upon request as needed and routinely as time is available, without prompting, so that all working time is used for departmental advantage.
- Performs routine duties of clerical and support personnel in accordance with procedure when warranted to ensure continuity and quality of services.
- Keeps supervisor informed on all responsibilities on an ongoing basis, ensuring prompt notification in the event of problems or potential problems.

Job Description
The Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and processing orders for spare parts for aircraft, as well as parts for competitor aircraft, for customers in the Americas region.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: 60%
Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, general logistics, etc. for aircraft parts and services in response to customer needs.
Provide requested information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, delivery, and follow-up to meet customer expectations.
2. Relationship Building: 20%
Engage in basic-level relationship-building with customers emphasizing the positive services and qualities of the Satair Group to encourage customer confidence and grow the business.
Identify alternative solutions and steer customers to proper sources for required material to ensure complete customer service and satisfaction.
3. Technical Support: 10%
Support Sales and Finance debt account reconciliation efforts to help maximize company profitability.
Respond to technical inquiries utilizing Technical Documentation and liaising with technical and engineering departments to respond to customer inquiries.
Qualifications
Education:
An Associate's Degree in Business, Sales Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
Experience:
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
Experience in the aviation industry or military support environment is preferred.
Technical Systems Proficiency:
PC literacy, including intermediate word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting and Carrying: Able to carry up to 30 pounds on an intermittent basis.
Hearing: Corrected hearing able to respond to emergency alarms, alerts, and warnings. Ability to hear via telephone, teleconference, and work-related conversations.
Pushing/Pulling/Manipulation: Able to push and pull items in the workplace.
Sitting: Able to sit and work in front of a computer or other machine for extended periods.
Squatting/Kneeling: Able to squat and kneel as needed to retrieve or place items on low shelving.
Standing: Able to stand for long periods.
Physical requirements are similar to that of a moderate activity job.

This role is responsible for managing projects or project work streams across various areas to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading technical projects, familiar with IT infrastructure, and is a results-driven team player with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple technology projects or work streams from discovery and initiation through implementation.
Develop project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify, track, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, working to define solutions.

Job Summary
The Coaching Assistant for Men's Basketball works under the direct supervision of the Head Coach to support the NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Program. The assistant helps with practices, games, recruiting, and the overall development of student-athletes. This role provides hands-on-coaching, academic and personal support, and assists in promoting the program in the college and community.
Responsibilities
Assists in all areas of basketball coaching, including teaching skills, player development, and team strategies.
Supports the Head Coach with program activities such as recruiting, practice planning, video review, game day duties, and community involvement.
Observes and evaluates players during practices and games to identify areas of improvement.
Supports student-athletes with their academic progress and personal development.
Promotes a safe, healthy, and positive environment for student-athletes.
Serves as a role model for student athletes, demonstrating sportsmanship and professional behavior.
Helps with fundraising and program promotion through community and media activities.
Prepares reports and provides updates on the basketball program as requested.
Participates in public relations activities, including social media campaigns, newspaper, television, radio interviews and news conferences to highlight the team and college.
Assists with the supervision of student assistant coaches, student workers, and scorekeepers.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree from an accredited institution or college in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics as a player or coach.
