Jeff Lind has worked in online games for seventeen years and has been with Gazillion since the very start of Marvel Heroes development. He has seen the project through its entire lifetime to date. He loves building and managing large software development teams, and is an expert in building teams for online and free-to-play game operations. He especially enjoys the combination of creative, business and technical challenges that these types of games present. He has built software for Electronic Arts, Sony Online, Flagship Studios and Turbine Entertainment. During his years at EA he worked on The Sims and Lord of the Rings among other franchises. In addition to video games, Jeff loves cooking and wine tasting. He thinks Ultimate Frisbee should be an Olympic sport and that Nate Silver’s work should be taught in schools. He is introducing his young daughters to the Marvel Universe. Their favorite characters are Spider-man, The Spot and Mysterio. They call Professor X “the guy who reads minds while lying in bed.”

Riley Russell brings nearly than 25 years of direct experience working in the games and interactive entertainment industry. Mr. Russell’s primary role has been in legal currently now active as the Chief Legal Officer of Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, but he has also served as SVP of Corporate Development, Publisher Relations and in an interim stint as head of Human Resources. Russell oversees a worldwide legal group specializing in interactive entertainment and in such diverse fields as computer and entertainment law, technology licensing, sports and character licensing, intellectual property and general business law. Russell's legal career has included all aspects of video games, game consoles, television and theatrical production, patent and copyright litigation, technical asset licensing, and complex litigation. From 2005 to 2008 Russell served as head of Third Party Relations and Developer Support, managing licensed publisher relationships and strategic product planning in support of all PlayStation platforms including the 2006 launch of PlayStation®3 (PS3™) entertainment system. In 2015 Russell served as the interim head of Human Resources and most recently in 2016 Russell was the credited Executive Producer of Ratchet and Clank, the animated movie based on a game based on the movie. Prior to joining the company, Russell held the positions of Corporate Counsel and Director of legal and business affairs for Sega of America, Inc. Early in his career Mr. Russell was a litigation associate with the law firm Anderlini, Guheen, Finklestein and Emerick. Russell is a member of several organizations, including the California and American Bar Associations, the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, the Public Policy Committee and the Piracy Committee for the Entertainment Software Association, as well as the Ratings Committee for the Entertainment Software Rating Board. He was a member the founding personnel that formed the ESRB rating systems for games. He is also an advisor to the Santa Clara Law School High Tech Law Journal; and most recently a founding reprehensive of the International Virtual Reality Association, an industry association of the major hardware manufacturers in Virtual Reality. Russell received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, his Master's degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara in California.
