Requirements Skills we are looking for Proven account management experience, with experience managing enterprise-level accounts in complex organizations. Proven success in managing accounts with an annual contract value (ACV) of >$3M with a track record of cross sell/upsell and retention rates of 90% or higher. Experience in the identity verification, fraud prevention, or related technology domains. Strong ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders and influence strategic business decisions. Expertise in contract negotiations, upselling/cross-selling, and driving revenue growth.
