**Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Executes against the Quality & Regulatory Business Development Process. This includes scheduling, preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities associated with Business Development activities; identification and communication of high-risk issues; reporting compliance concerns and recommended improvements to business leadership; developing and ensuring strategy is executed to current industry practices and regulatory expectations.
+ Standardization of processes, tools, and performance management system.
+ Requires ability to lead functional teams or projects with indirect resources and medium to high risk and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and influences others' options on topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
+ Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. May require strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
+ Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to GE HealthCare policy objectives.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry; or Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years' experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry; or will consider a High School Diploma and a minimum of 13 years' of progressive responsibility in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
+ Minimum of 5 years' Experience driving Global programs to resolve quality compliance issues (directly).
+ Experience with Pharma QMS requirements and regulatory requirements including but not limited to FDA 21 CFR Part 211 & 212, Eudralex and PICS.

The Surgical Technologist Certified functions under the direction of the registered professional nurse. Assists the health care team in providing safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Knowledge, skill and ability of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon and other members of the healthcare team within moderate to high difficulty surgical cases as defined by the scope of anatomy, equipment, and instrumentation of the case
* Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedure which includes review and utilization of appropriate preference card.
* Assists with room set-up to include opening of sterile supplies.
* Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medication/solutions needed for procedure in an accurate, aseptically prioritized, and timely manner, including reviewing and utilizing appropriate preference cards
* Performs appropriate surgical counts with circulator.
* Actively participates in the procedure pause/time-out.
* Scrubs, gowns, and gloves; Gowns and gloves surgeon and assistants.
* Assists in draping sterile field.
* Passes instruments to surgeon during the procedure. Maintains an organized back table and operative field. Able to anticipate and offer surgeon suggestions throughout the procedure for facilitating cases
* Maintains highest standard of sterile technique during procedure.
* Prepares sterile dressings.
* Actively participates in post procedure pause which includes accounting for proper handling of the specimens.
* Cleans and prepares instruments for terminal sterilization, taking initiative to inform SPD of critical need instrument
* Applies principles of asepsis to ensure the prevention of infection and safety of patients and employees
* Prepares case carts according to procedure and preference cards. Reviews surgical schedule and assists clinical coordinator with preparation for future cases
* Observes patients condition and immediately reports any changes or significant findings to the physician and Registered Nurse.
* Proactively plans for the next steps in the progression of procedure as needed, demonstrating an ability to adjust without faltering when an emergency arises
* Performs with the knowledge, skill, and ability within the context of moderate to high acuity surgical cases
* Prepares OR room and other areas (as needed) for receiving patients, which includes stocking, cleaning equipment or storage areas, turns OR room over, orders/requests supplies, preparing instruments for future procedures, notification of specialty staff regarding needed instrumentation or equipment.
* Maintains a financial stewardship related to supplies and equipment, only opening required supplies until requested by the surgeon
Assists the health care team in providing safe, age appropriate and culturally aware patient care
* Provides relationship-based patient centered care that is consistent with population specific characteristics (e.g. age, gender, disease, etc) in a manner that adapts service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity under supervision of the registered nurse
* Always partners with the patient by verifying procedure and conducting relief bedside shift report.
* Practices using current clinical practice standards under the supervision of the registered nurse

The Military DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29. Separating Service members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus solely on training full-time with approved industry partners after unit commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) provides written authorization and approval. GE HealthCare as a Skill Bridge partner offers real-world training and work experience in in-demand fields of work while having the opportunity to evaluate the Service member's suitability for the work. Military DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from GE HealthCare, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members.
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with GE HealthCare people leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
+ Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
+ Conduct structured interviews that are fair, unbiased, and effective, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role/the team/the company.
+ Work with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies, including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion.
+ Support Talent Acquisition projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
+ Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in the talent market to provide actionable insights to GE HealthCare business leaders.
**Required Qualifications:**
SkillBridge Eligible (Active Duty)
+ 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
+ Strong understanding of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.
+ Ability to assess candidates' fit for the role/the team/the company based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
+ Strong preference for recruiting in high volume work.
+ Proven ability in managing and/or supporting Talent Acquisition projects.
+ Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
+ Experience in understanding the labor market and providing actionable insights to business leaders.
+ Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Tableau, etc.)
