Responsibilities
Work with the team to help solve business problems.

Participate in software design reviews, you conduct peer code reviews, and provide input and feedback to other members of the development team.
Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.

Required Qualifications & Soft skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Software development experience with history of technical innovation.
Experience with building scalable, distributed systems using modern frameworks such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Experience with leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience providing technical leadership to engineers, leading an engineering team, and / or mentorship.
Deep knowledge of Object Oriented Principles using Java Program Language.
Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Core, SpringBoot, JPA (e.g. Hibernate).
Strong experience with SQL; in creating Data Models, Store Procedures, Views, Functions, and DB Scripts using relational database, preferably MS SQL Server.
Strong experience using Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Integration and Data).
Desired Qualifications & Soft skills
Experience with big data systems, analytics, containerized microservices, serverless functions, and event-driven architecture.
Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience with design/architecting large-scale distributed systems preferably using AWS technologies.
Strong Experience in building reactive systems using Spring Cloud and WebFlux.
Thorough understanding/working knowledge of CI/CD systems using Jenkins and integration with source control systems like github/gitlab.
Experience using industry standard messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Strong experience using NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra.
Experience using spark and spark SQL.
Experience with working directly with end customers to assess needs, identify solutions, and constructively resolve disagreements.
Bring fresh ideas from all areas, including testing and validation automation while maintaining the production availability, conversion automation, distributed computing, large-scale system design.
Experience with supporting production software deployments
Technical expertise across all deployment models on public cloud, and on-premises infrastructure.

The days and hours for the position are Monday ‐ Friday from 10:00p ‐ 6:30a; this position will receive a specialty differential as well as night shift differential. The Registered Radiology Technologist must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs. Must be dependable, accountable and cooperative. Assists with providing safe, age appropriate care to the patient by performing all exams provided by the department according to department procedures. Has the knowledge and ability to properly and safely obtain a quality diagnostic study. Responsible for performing a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases. Able to independently perform job functions. Sets up the equipment to provide imaging service and positions patient for the procedure. Functions as lead technologist. Reviews images for quality and completeness. Able to constructively deliver feedback on staffs quality of images. Functional oversight of department in the absence of the chief tech. Provides feedback on staff quality of images and patient interaction to Chief Tech and/or Manager. Functions as a shift leader in radiology.

Patient Care
* a. Obtains complete clinical history, gathers examination data and assesses for contraindicating conditions.
* b. Follows established procedures for the administration of contrast medias so that no patient condition deteriorates, and no patient suffers undue pain, due to error or poor technique.
* c. Ensures that all studies have proper patient identification and right and left marker are utilized appropriately.
* d. Reviews radiographic images for clinically acceptable results and releases patients.
* e. Responds to emergency situations and provides for the restocking of the crash cart and maintenance of life support equipment.

* g. Observes patient condition and properly evaluates situations when physician intervention is necessary so that no patient condition deteriorates as the result of misjudgment.
* h. Verifies two unique patient identifiers and correct clinical order prior to performing a procedure per policy.
* i. Ensures patient's privacy and comfort is accommodated.
* j. Demonstrates competence in the determination and application of appropriate procedures, equipment, supplies and techniques based on the age of patients.
* k. Organizes schedule, time and priorities so that required activities are accomplished within designated time frames.
* l. Follows physicians instructions when assisting with procedures and exams.
* m. Uses critical thinking skills.
* n. Asks clarifying questions.
* o. Seeks clarification on ambiguous orders.

* e. Ability to operate all radiographic equipment in a safe and competent manner. Assuring that equipment is not abused and is left in good working order.
Education and Communication
* a. Patiently and clearly explains purpose and nature of exam to patient prior to starting of procedure, to minimize anxiety and facilitate cooperation using AIDET; Acknowledge, Introduce, Discuss, Explain, and Thank you of all patients and family members.
* b. Ensures that patient's questions, concerns or contraindications are satisfactorily addressed, notifying physician when this cannot be accomplished, prior to the initiation of the procedure.
* c. Participates in the orientation and training of departmental employees.
* d. Provides patients with preparatory instruction and explanation of procedures.
* e. Required documentation is concise, legible and includes precise terminology.

Quality Control

* c. Sends all studies to PACS; prints CDs as necessary. All exams are complete in RIS including image oriented, marked, labeled, and notes are accurate.
* d. Studies that have been transmitted after hours by teleradiography are printed and scanned into PACS, if applicable.
* e. Checks for prior exams and assures that they are loaded, if necessary, and properly labeled prior to sending to PACS.
Operations
* a. Restocks linens and supplies, and maintains Diagnostic Imaging Services in clean and orderly condition.
* b. Transports patients, positions patients, and helps them on and off procedure table.
* c. Performs patient charging activities on the day the service is rendered.
* d. Applies shielding, supportive and immobilization devices and equipment.
* e. Willingly lends knowledge and assistance to others upon request as needed and routinely as time is available, without prompting, so that all working time is used for departmental advantage.
* f. Performs routine duties of clerical and support personnel in accordance with procedure when warranted to
* ensure continuity and quality of services.
* g. Keeps supervisor informed on all responsibilities on an ongoing basis, ensuring prompt notification in the event of problems or potential problems.

**Job Description**
The Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic relationships with influential clinical experts in the field of General Imaging Ultrasound. This role is critical in driving market adoption, shaping clinical perception, and accelerating sales growth through targeted engagement with KOLs who influence purchasing decisions, clinical protocols, and peer education.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic KOL Engagement:** Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy to support commercial objectives, including product launches, clinical validation, and market expansion.
+ **Sales Enablement:** Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to leverage KOL relationships in driving product awareness, differentiation, and preference among key customer segments.
+ **Market Influence:** Facilitate KOL-led educational initiatives, webinars, and peer-to-peer programs that promote clinical excellence and highlight the value of our General Imaging Ultrasound solutions.
+ **Clinical Advocacy:** Support KOLs in publishing clinical data, presenting at conferences, and participating in advisory boards to enhance product credibility and visibility.
+ **Feedback Loop:** Serve as a conduit between the field and internal teams by gathering insights from KOLs to inform product development, messaging, and sales strategies.
**Impact on Sales:**
+ **Accelerate Adoption:** By building trust and credibility through KOL advocacy, this role will directly influence purchasing behavior and shorten sales cycles.
+ **Expand Market Reach:** KOL-driven education and endorsement will help penetrate new accounts and expand usage within existing ones.
+ **Drive Revenue Growth:** Strategic KOL partnerships will support upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to overall revenue targets in the General Imaging Ultrasound segment.
+ **Enhance Competitive Positioning:** KOL insights and support will strengthen our value proposition and differentiate our offerings in a competitive marketplace.
Other responsibilities:
+ Ability to have high-end clinical discussions with clinicians across the General Imaging continuum and articulate our core value proposition
+ Attend and support all major national tradeshows and generate opportunities for strategic GE HealthCare stakeholders and our KOL's to meet
+ Ability to travel up to, but not limited to, 60% of your time to support business needs
+ Remain current on clinical trends and procedures
**Required Qualifications**
+ +6 years ultrasound sales and/or clinical experience
+ Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while successfully managing competing priorities
+ Strong strategic thinker with the ability to formulate, develop, and execute strategy
+ Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
**Desired Characteristics**
+ Master's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs / projects
+ Ability to document, plan, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
+ Desire to work in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
+ Product Marketing experience is desirable
+ Previous experience developing and managing Key Opinion Leaders is highly preferred

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $152,000.00-$228,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
