David V. Auld
D.R. Horton

David V. Auld is President and Chief Executive Officer of D.R. Horton, positions he has held since October 2014. Mr. Auld was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from November 2013 until October 2014. He was Region President overseeing the Company’s homebuilding operations in Florida, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama from 2005 to 2013. He became President in April 2011 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in April 2018. Beckwitt serves on the Board of Directors of Eagle Materials Inc. (NYSE: EXP), one of the nation’s leading manufactures of construction products and building materials. He is also on the Board of Directors of Five Point Holdings, LLC (NYSE: FPH), the largest developer of mixed-use, masterplanned communities in Coastal California. Beckwitt has been involved in the homebuilding and construction industry for more than 30 years. From 1993 to 2003, he was on the Board of Directors of D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI), one of the leading homebuilding companies in the United States. From 1993 to March 2000, he held various executive officer positions at D.R. Horton, including President of the Company. From March 2000 to March 2006, Beckwitt was the owner and Managing Partner of EVP Capital, L.P., a private venture capital and real estate advisory company. From 1986 to 1993, Beckwitt worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Departments at Lehman Brothers, specializing in the homebuilding and building products industries. Prior to that, he worked for various homebuilding and construction companies, including his own. Beckwitt graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College in 1981. He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Barb, and has two children.

Taylor Morrison

Sheryl Palmer became the president and chief executive officer of Taylor Morrison in August 2007 after previously serving as executive vice president for the western region of Morrison Homes. Palmer leads a highly experienced Taylor Morrison leadership team in key North American markets. Palmer brings more than 20 years of experience to her position, including leadership in land acquisition, sales and marketing, development and operations management. She has spent most of her career in the Arizona, California and Nevada real estate markets, including eight years as division president responsible for operations at Blackhawk Corp., a builder of active adult communities based in northern California. In addition, she served with Pulte for more than five years, beginning in the Phoenix market and ultimately serving as Nevada area president, supervising all aspects of operations for its Del Webb and Pulte communities.
