The pay becomes well if you stay long enough.
There are too many things to list. Just do not work here if you want to enjoy your life. If you are a fan of high stress, no support, ever changing goals and requirements, PTSD, hating your life, hating other people then this is for you. Todd as a CEO is terrible, he views all employees as even less than a number on a spreadsheet. He is obsessed with making one more dollar and will do anything to do it. Your job is never safe.
none
Absolutely nothing. If there was an award for a CEO and leadership team that cared the least about the employees they would win.
Step in a time machine and go back before todd became CEO. Some how get in the ear of tony nicely and convince him to not retire.
I interviewed a long time ago and i believe everything has changed
about average
hard to tell when staff is constantly being fired or quitting
The day that i was able to finally put in my notice to quit
I was not involved with the festivities they provide but the company seemed to fear older people and shunned them and did not have the patience when speaking to older (Senior aged) customers nor do they have anyone in the departments over the age of 45 in the Poway Ca. office and they seem to play on company time, and being of senior citizen age I was shunned and ignored and when asked for assistance it seemed to be a problem for a couple of the instructors and made me feel old and inadequate
If you are young and identify as part of the LBGQT group, they are willing to hire you because you are the fashion of the month, but if you are straight and white you will fit in especially if you are a cat lover and it's always about you. Most managers have no clue what leadership is and they don't care if you have problems or you are feeling singled out and discriminated against. They will say "Aww I am sorry you feel this way" and your complaint is invalid to them.
They have the same as others they don't give you ample time to train and they start your benefits on day one and before you finish filling out the forms, they will start taking the money out of your check before you have finalized your choices.
He never made an appearance.
By hiring people with leadership backgrounds that understand the customer's needs and train the CSR to be less assumptive and more assistive to the needs. To provide confidence in training and allow dedicated training employees to be given equal training. The reps should be broke down in by zip codes to receive calls that will come from West Central and East coast. The reps will work accordingly to the time zones, and will need to only know the laws to the states their assigned. To not assign a script for the reps in which they are to ask at the end of a call "My goal was to provide you excellent customer service today, did I provide that for you?" This is really an odd thing to ask a customer after you tell them their rates have gone up and you can't do anything to change it.
I was myself but I was hired as a token old person they set me up to fail on purpose. They never intended to keep me on. I looked good on paper.
Not one thing since I was told before my interview, that they provide handicap parking and I am not handicapped, she assumed I was handicapped because of my age.
I met some awesome humans in my time at the company, from the top to the bottom.
I worked for this company for almost 2 decades. Every aspect of the company deteriorated including pay, benefits, career advancement, trust in management, quality of the tools provided to do our jobs, morale, communication from home office to customer-facing associates and every other metric you could name. I used to be proud to work for GEICO. I left embarrassed to represent the company and frustrated with every single aspect of the job.
None at the end. Absolutely nothing.
