Geil Enterprises, Inc. (GEI) was founded in 1986 by Steve and Eileen Geil.
In 2003, Geil Enterprises, Inc. acquires Fresno Merchants Patrol for its’ security operations.
In 2004, Sam Geil, Steve’s brother, joined the business.
Sam became Board Chairman in 2012 when Steve retired.
In 2017, Roy Hernandez is promoted to President as Ryan Geil leaves Geil Enterprises to assume the role of President with Elite Team Offices.
