Program Details:

The Package
Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)

Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to properly and safely use the equipment.
Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
Assist in front desk related activities including:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Check members into the system.
New member sign-up.
Take prospective members on tours.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

Strong problem resolution skills.

Staffing and Training

* Guides Managers in ongoing evaluation of staff; identifies area for improvement and aids Managers in structuring an action plan, including training, hiring and termination.
* Trains all club staff when club performance is lacking.
* Ensure that all managers are using PFU training modules, and they are working with new hires to complete within 30 days.
* Ensure that Club Managers conduct 30, 60, 90-day evaluations with team members.
* Address any successes and areas of opportunity to improve with performance.

* Update all administrative items as new clubs or staffing transitions arise.
* Monitor all Manager administrative functions to ensure timeliness and accuracy of Managers' work.

Sales

* Assist in forecasting annual sales goals.

What you'll do:
Welcome and assist our guests. We want our guests to know from the moment they step in the door we are delighted they've chosen GJ and we're here to make their experience great.
Support our artists so they have what they need to provide the best experience. We support them primarily by helping prepare clean linens and supplies used during services.
Promote a warm, clean environment for our guests to enjoy. We pride ourselves in keeping all areas of our salon, including our lobby, dressing rooms, retail shelves, and restrooms, clean for our guests from open to close.
Assist with replacement of retail stock and signage. You'll help with the organization and placement of our incoming shipments (with help!)
Engage with guests during check-out. We see check-out as more than just taking accurate payment, but also our last chance to connect with the guest, ensure they had a great time, and invite them to return.

Successfully repairs out-of-order equipment as requested by clubs and receives sign-off of successful completion by the club staff.
Communicates with the Facilities Manager daily on progress and obstacles at assigned clubs.
Consistently achieves at-standard results on the KPI scorecard.
Responsible for all aspects of the helpdesk ticketing system for assigned clubs.
Completes thorough club walk-through at each location visited for preventative maintenance (i.e., gym floor, storage, backroom, exterior etc.) and adequate cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintains and updates work schedules using Microsoft Outlook.
Assists with construction and presales as needed.
Assists with re-equips extractions and installations.
Maintains company vehicle inventory and cleanliness.
Accurately documents any work done on warranted equipment. Achieves a minimum of 10% of allotted time to be targeted towards equipment warranty work.
Assists other Facilities team members as needed.
Experience, Qualifications & Competencies
Mechanical and electrical service background, highly desired
Experience working in a fitness club, preferred
Must have a “clean” driving record and valid driver's license
Possess basic computer skills, including knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
