Responsibilities include providing excellent care and maintenance of our bull and mount population, which includes feeding, semen collection production, health testing, assisting with bull movements, keeping the bulls comfortable and dry, hoof trimming, grooming and assisting with the treatment of bulls as directed by our Veterinary staff. Providing maintenance, cleaning, upkeep and security of the facilities is another key responsibility. Being a positive team member within the livestock staff. You Will * To consistently maintain bull health and hygiene standards for bulls at the Rio & Poynette, WI facilities. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * A minimum of 6 years of experience in embedded Linux software development, including: * Experience with embedded development tools such as debuggers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers * an understanding of hardware/software interaction, Linux device drivers, and low-level communication protocols (SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, etc.) * Extensive with version control (e.g., Git) and software development lifecycle methodologies. * Strong understanding of hardware/software interaction, Linux device drivers, and low-level communication protocols (SPI, I²C, UART, CAN, etc.), microcontrollers schematic and drivers. * A minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant software platforms, such as C/C++ or Golang programming for microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), Linux, and bare-metal systems. * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
