**Primary Purpose**
Responsible for supervising the construction of a project, including or more locations and serves as the General Contractor's representative on the job site (s) under the direction and in partnership with Construction Managers and Project Managers.
**Major Responsibilities**
**Project Documentation:**
+ Establish and comply with the requirements of the Site Startup Checklist as directed by the quality manager for technical services.
+ Review and understand the project's contract documents, including the drawings and written specifications.
+ Participate in constructability reviews of the documents to understand the design intent.
+ Establish site logistics, including the fulfillment of the "Site Startup Checklist."
+ Document the field record of the project by recording and distributing "Daily Reports," "Meeting Minutes," and other pertinent documentation as directed by the CM/PM while maintaining the organization of these records for immediate review on the project site.
**Project Site:**
+ Supervise the construction effort (in conjunction with the Construction Manager), including craft employees and subcontractors, to ensure the project is constructed per design, budget, and schedule, including interfacing with client representatives, AE representatives, other contractors, government inspectors and others accordingly.
+ Supervise onsite functions (scheduling, sequencing, engineering, material control, safety).
+ Provide weekly 2-week "Look Ahead" scheduling, communicating immediate field tasking.
+ Ensure all onsite personnel comply withproject site rules and regulations, Safety program requirements, document all violations, notify project management, and recommend and implement corrective actions as required.
+ Evaluate and comment on subcontractors' requests for payment.

Position Overview:
The Supplier Quality Analyst - Castings, is responsible for inspection of purchased castings. In addition, they support issues such as MRB review, Cost Out, Reduction in DPPM, and Improvement Initiatives. These purchase subcomponents and processes are used to support the design, manufacture, sale, and service of Eaton Corporation's products to the Aerospace Industry.
In this role, you will:
* Perform inspection of purchased castings at Eaton receiving inspection or supplier source inspection.
* Maintain accurate records to comply with company and customer record retention requirements
* Drive reductions in Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM), Scrap and improvement in First Pass Yield (FPY) of purchased products.
* Support response to customer requested corrective action and support of customers regarding purchased materials.
* Support operations through timely disposition of supplier related nonconforming materials found during manufacturing and requiring corrective actions to avoid recurrence.

**Position Overview:**
+ This position supports the machining of Main drive Shafts, Impeller Shafts and Gear which will later be assembled into Aircraft Fuel Pumps. Responsibilities include, set up, maintain and operate CNC thread and surface grinders, manual O.D. grinders, I.D. grinder and honing machines.
+ Perform visual and precision dimensional inspections and maintain accurate documentation on a variety of parts in accordance with ANSI Y14-5 and the certified operator program.
+ Assistance may be given to other operators on proper operational procedures.
+ Perform 5S and other job related duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Essential Functions:**
- Perform set up, which includes selection, mounting, balancing and truing wheel, securing work holding device/work rotating device setting speeds, feeds and drive dogs.
- Work from operational sketches and blueprints to determine size and form. Where not given, select appropriate grinding wheel.
- Use a variety of mechanical and electronic precision measuring instruments to check size before, during and after operation.
- Majority of work consists of close tolerance grinding operations where quality finishes are necessary and frequent changes in set-up are required. Concentricity or run-out problems may be encountered, and work must be indicated before grinding.
- Set up and operate all equipment with minimum assistance and be familiar with the work procedures involved in grinding a large variety of parts. Changes in set-up, maintenance of close tolerances, and quality finishes require almost constant attention.
- Move material within the cell.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Perform more than one operation at a time as directed by the supervisor.
- Burr work internal to the cycle as needed.
- Perform necessary part marking.
- Maintain accurate lot control traceability, record keeping, logbook entries, NCR's and associated documentation according to QCP.
- Chart, plot and react to data per SPC requirement. Load and unload Datamytes.
- Set up, maintain and operate CNC turret grinders and any associated equipment
- Lapping may be required to meet print
- Train other operators on proper operational procedures

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
