* Supervise multi-discipline engineering design, ensuring compliance with specifications, MOC requirements, and applicable industry codes and standards.
* Translate PHA/HAZOP/LOPA findings into engineered solutions; assure SIS lifecycle requirements and relief system adequacy.
* Manage cost, schedule, and change control; maintain monthly forecasts and defend estimates with quantity-based progress.
* Select, negotiate, and administer contracting strategies (EPC/CM, unit-rate, T&M, lump sum); steward vendor FAT/SAT activities.

Scheduling & Financial Management: Oversee project schedules, apply advanced scheduling tools, and manage the financial health of projects, ensuring timely reporting and performance tracking
Team & Resource Management: Manageengineers, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring quality deliverables, while supporting internal standards and resource management
Client & Business Development: Maintain strong client relationships, manage project scope, and support marketing efforts, including proposal preparation and identifying new opportunities
Contract & Project Oversight: Plan, implement, and supervise client contracts, ensuring successful project execution, while traveling to client facilities as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR PMP Certification and generally has 8 years' applicable experience
Typically has a minimum of 6 years of experience in the nuclear industry as an Engineer or Project Manager
Skilled in cost / workhour estimating and proposal development and review
Capable of reporting on and managing scope, schedule, and cost for multiple projects executing simultaneously
Knowledge in earned value management, rules of credit, and progress reporting
Experienced in contract and non-disclosure agreement language development and review
Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
Strong coordination and team building skills
Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to get badged at a nuclear facility
Must be able to perform plant walkdowns
This position will be onsite at our clients facility
