Accountable to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and implementing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, installation and modification of building construction and repair on an efficient and timely basis through effective management and utilization of the Maintenance Department. The Manufacturing Operator (Process Operator) is responsible for operating and maintaining plasma reactors and related equipment to produce high-quality dissociated Zircon safely. Key duties include identifying and screening zircon sand, transferring and processing it through plasma reactors, and ensuring safe and efficient reactor operation.
