We need a hands - on project manager who will work in team to coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and scope, leading investments that span from bricks and mortars, utilities and up to purchasing, installing and commissioning cable machineries for the final hand - over to the Plant.
**Nature & Scope**
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Capital Projects, the incumbent will be working on-site with plant Engineering Managers and manufacturing teams to ensure capital project success. Specifically, we are looking for a dedicated professional able to:
+ Master CAD drawings (2D and 3D) to guarantee the layout of our plants and machineries are always updated and well maintained.
+ Help the team check and supervise machinery foundations and subsequent equipment installation, thanks to the extensive knowledge in steel and concrete.
**Project Engineer responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
+ Ensure resource availability and allocation to deliver the projects on-time, within scope and budget
+ Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of the project
+ Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
+ Be present onsite for the most critical parts of the project to ensure no disconnect happens
+ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
+ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
+ Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
**Project Engineer requirements:**
+ Strong leadership skills: can lead a team of individuals at various levels within the organization through coaching and mentoring.
+ Proven working experience in project management: has successfully managed large, complex projects within budgeted resources to completion with outstanding results.

+ On - field overseeing of daily operations for the most critical parts of the project.
+ Travel up to an average of 60% of the time, depending on the specific phase of the project.

Power Electronics R&D Engineer - EV Power
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer to join our team focused on developing cutting-edge on-board chargers for electric vehicles (EVs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various power conversion topologies, magnetics and wide band gap devices, with a strong background in both theoretical and practical aspects of power electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative on-board charger solutions for EV applications.
- Research and implement power factor correction topologies, including both hard-switching and soft-switching techniques.

Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $110,500.00 to $184,100.00.

Requirements:
US citizenship or permanent residency strongly preferred due to ITAR requirements
B.S. or M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant field
Basic understanding of refrigeration systems
Proficiency in using commercial CAD (Solidworks) and FEA (Solidworks) tools, along with refrigeration system design tools
3-5 years of hands-on experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and prototype hardware fabrication and testing
Good verbal and written communication skills

What we Need:
The SES AI Hermes team is seeking an exceptional Battery ProductDevelopment Leader to specialize in customer-facing productdevelopment across electrochemistry, materials science, and next-generation battery platform design. This pivotal leadership role will integrate R&D, product requirements, and OEM customer needs to deliver validated battery component and system-level innovations. As a ProductDevelopment Leader, you will be responsible for translating complex battery concepts into manufacturable, customer-ready solutions and managing key relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer & Program Leadership
Lead key OEM customer programs and serve as the primary technical interface between the customer, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Develop and manage the technical roadmap for next-generation battery platforms, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business strategy.
Drive cross-functional alignment to seamlessly integrate R&D outputs into manufacturable and scalable solutions.
Category (e.g., Model Optimization & Implementation)
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to customer testing and validation, ensuring product quality and manufacturability.
Spearhead process and product optimization efforts, including DOE (Design of Experiments) design and comprehensive failure analysis to scale technology from the lab to prototype.
Apply deep expertise in electrochemical engineering, materials chemistry, and interfacial science to solve complex productdevelopment challenges.
Strategy & Execution
Translate next-generation battery concepts into clear, implementable, and manufacturable solutions suitable for mass production and client delivery.
Education and/or Experience:
Education: Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrochemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Leadership Experience: Deep experience at a top management level or senior technical capacity in product platforms and leading OEM client projects.
Battery Domain Expertise: Strong background in electrochemical engineering, materials chemistry, and interfacial science within the context of next-generation battery platform development.
Technical Program Management: Proven experience in technical roadmapping, and managing the critical validation stages from lab → prototype → customer testing.
Problem Solving: Proficiency in technical problem-solving, including DOE design and failure analysis for scaling processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Profile: Previous experience as a Senior Product Manager or Technical Program Director at major battery manufacturers or automotive R&D centers.
Process Scaling: Specific experience in process and product optimization for high-volume manufacturing environments.
System-Level Integration: Experience integrating validated battery components into larger system-level innovations.
